Assessment

Digital transformation, e-archiving and Arabic OCR, assessed on your own records.

A practical assessment that starts from your records as they are and ends with a readiness report, a machine-reading sample on your documents and a clear cost line. Run on your premises; no file leaves your network.

Outputs

What the assessment produces.

A records inventory

What you hold on paper and on disk, in which formats, volumes and condition, where it sits and who reaches it.

An e-archiving readiness verdict

Where you stand against the electronic-archiving requirements that precede any destruction of paper records, and what is missing, item by item.

An OCR sample on your own documents

We run optical character recognition on a few hundred of your actual pages, printed and handwritten, so you read the accuracy on your material, not on a brochure.

A clear cost line

Time, cost and phases for digitising the whole holding, for you to decide on.

Method

How it runs.

On your premises, nothing uploaded

The sample is processed on a machine inside your building or on your own server. Your documents never leave your network and are never sent to a cloud service.

One to two weeks

Short by design: one meeting to start, a report and a priced proposal for the real work to finish.

Humans keep the decisions

AI reads, classifies and suggests; an archivist reviews and approves. No original is deleted and no record is renamed without a human review.

Arabic first

Experience with printed and historical handwritten Arabic and other non-Latin scripts, from archives of millions of pages.

Who it is for

Institutions with records waiting to be read.

  • Ministries and state bodies holding paper records that must be archived electronically
  • Registries: companies, real estate, civil status
  • Courts and judicial bodies with large archives
  • Universities, libraries, documentation and manuscript centres
  • Banks and companies that need documents read by machine

After the assessment: digitisation and imaging, OCR of printed and handwritten documents, description and cataloguing to archival standards, and search across the whole holding. All of it is proposed after the assessment, never before.
